Adam Karneboge

As the Chief Technology Officer of HCS Technology Group, Adam is a practical decision maker who oversees the technical direction of the company. In working with executive management, Adam oversees the technical competency of all HCS consultants and helps keep HCS and its consultants on the cutting edge of new and emerging technologies. Adam also leads the Apple Professional Services division of HCS Technology Group.

As an industry consultant since 2002, Adam has specialized in macOS and MacOS Server deployment, integration, management, and security since version 10.1, and iOS/iPadOS deployment, integration, and management since its' inception. Adam has worked with home-based clients, small to medium business clients, enterprise clients, and K-8, K-12, and Higher Education clients. Adam heads up the Chicago division of HCS Technology Group, participating in all aspects of business development, operations, and client relations. Adam believes in doing whatever it takes to build personal relationships, communicate effectively, and make a customer happy for the long term. He is proficient in IT consulting engagement, leadership and strategic planning, project management, training, troubleshooting, implementation, and life cycle management.

He became an Apple Certified Trainer in 2003 teaching around 30 classes a year between 2005 and 2011, and served as a mentor trainer teaching Train-The-Trainer (T3) courses for Apple, Inc. in Cupertino, CA. and throughout the United States. Adam is an engineer for Apple Professional Services and is also a certified professional services engineer and trainer for Jamf. Adam performs these engagements on behalf of Apple, Inc. and Jamf both remotely and on-site.
