How to create a Profile Manager Devices Place Holder Import File

1. Create an empty Excel spreadsheet
2. Add 5 headers in the first row: DeviceName, SerialNumber, IMEI, MEID, UDID
3. In the next rows add your devices and specs:
   Note: For the iPhones and iPads I only added DeviceName, SerialNumber and IMEI Information
4. Save the file as a Windows CSV file.
5. Import the CSV file into Profile Manager
